Our story
The schedule is part of the recipe.
Slow food asks for time. Bosco's ordering model starts there: make commitments the kitchen can keep, then give every roast the attention it needs.
01 / Plan
Cook for the day ahead, not the rush at the door.
Bosco opens future Fulfillment Windows for Delivery and Pickup. Place a valid Order with enough funds in your Bosco Balance before cutoff; after cutoff, submit a non-binding Order Request for Staff review.
02 / Protect
Inventory and Capacity tell different truths.
Having food on hand is not the same as having time to prepare it. Paid Orders contribute demand without requiring Inventory or Capacity coverage. Staff uses both planning signals to prepare for the Orders already accepted.
03 / Gather
Meat by the pound. Bowls with exactly two sides.
The first menu stays focused: slow-roasted Meat Items in quarter-pound increments and Bowls built with a configurable meat portion and two side portions. Clear choices leave room for careful cooking.
